I blew up my 900rr motor again!!
I need a new motor for my 95 900rr. I m looking for a 99 900 motor cuz I heard they last longer. If anyone knows of anything, email me, or post. dan@d-aces.com Thanks

96 and newer 900rr's all have the same motor...it is called the 919, and they are not indistructable either, i blew one up last july....the number 3 rod bearings blow on all 900rr motors.....i have a 94 motor in mine right now and i run a quart over and haven't had a problem yet, knock on wood.....

Dan.........that sux man, but I think I can help you if you want to get it rebuilt. I just bought that RR off of Cory, and rebuilt that motor, and I am pretty good with RR motors. Shoot me a PM or reply if interested. Thanx man!
