Re: Filming from an airplane gone bad - Crashed

It has now been a month since this has all happened. A few updates...

Bill is still in the hospital, but he is out of ICU and is doing well. He is looking forward to getting his plane going again and flying it as soon as he can. His spirits are good and he seems to be looking on the bright side of things.

The items (my bike, camera and tape) that the police took have been returned to me as of last week.

I received 3 traffic tickets for my "Illegal Stunt Riding". My tickets and other charges are about $1000 so any donations will be accepted and appreciated...lol. We will see what happens in court, maybe they will be nice to me. I am not being held responsible for the crash in any way. There are also no charges from the FAA to Bill either.

THank god for that man. Glad to see they are not trying to stick the crash up your ***. Although they kinda are with the tickets...

Glad to see your friend is doing well and is looking forward to jumping back on the horse!

Cory I know how you must feel about this whole thing but in time things will get worked out and best wishes and prayers to Bill> I am working thru some **** like this also and I can now see things are getting better for everybody. Good Luck and keep your head up, You are not a criminal, people film extreme sports all the time.
This is just a bad deal right now.
Peace Brother.

Good News for me. I got 1 of the 3 fines dismissed today in court. They dismissed the worst one, Reckless Driving (6 points, major offence, $400).

So in the last 12 years I have got about 95 tickets, I still have a valid drivers licence and I hired a lawyer once. I just wish I could have all the cash back.
