u know it. I'm talking out in somewhere whoes gives a damn.even if we have to drive 236 miles who cares we'll make a weekend camping party trip out of it. just two days of solid riding would be awsome.

I Like The Spot We Were Going To Squirell, But It Wont Last Forever. We Can Always Come To My Work, It Is Just A Parking Lot. But It Is Private Property. Not Enough Room For Fast Stuff. You Can Definetly Practice Slow Stuff Though.

I heard e470 was a bad-*** highway to ride. smooth as hell but it's a toll road. I don't mind paying.

(Anyone know about the fuzz situation on e470? I've never seen one there.)

the po-po sit at the overpasses and bridges and especially at the toll booths...that's really the only places to hide out there, and i have seen a few of them there...it's only good for high speed stuff...if you stunt out there...someone will definitely rat you out...
did anyone see the news story late last week?
on channel 4 i think...one of the news reporters was on i-25 sb when a sportbiker was doing stunts in traffic, i think it was a red 954rr he had a red helmet on...but the news guy had a digitial camera and took like 20 pics of this guy doing stand ups, wheelies, hangin' off the side and all kinds of stuff...then of course the reporter was talking about how illegal all those stunts were and if any driver's see them doing that to call CO st. patrol asap...oh yeah...the reporter also said and i quote: "if you see these speed-hungry bikers on the highway, do not try to pursue them, some of those so-called crotch rockets can attain speeds of over 120mph!" (yeah i said the same thing...yeah maybe 120 on our way to 160) "and some of these riders even tuck there license plates under their 'bumpers' to make them harder to read in instances like this"
so just so you all are aware..on top of all this take your license away if the front wheel leaves the ground...you've got everyone in their mom itchin' to call CSP if they see any of us riding.

Re: Ideas for new spots this summer

i think stunting e470 is a bad idea! if a cop saw you, where would you try to run too??
plus i heard that Denver metro cops are really cracking down on stunting!

yeah, it was on channel 7, but i thought it was a r6?, maybe wrong.
the guy taking the pics was an ex news reporter.
but i know if my friend is in front doing a wheelie, i'm not in back on him!

Mead is the one by Colorado National and the track only has really one spot on it that you could try anything on, even if the manager would let ya. Haven' asked, so who knows.

Second Creek by DIA off of Tower is pretty nice, heard it was resurfaced last fall.

Re: Ideas for new spots this summer

I work at Sun Microsystems (Jefferson country area) and there's a few roads with long stretches that are easy on the wheels out this way, and some nice long curvy roads if you like that sorta thing. I've never done anything crazy out here other than speed (ya, real crazy lol), but it was still a lot of fun since around the valley areas since you can see everything all layed out in front of you. I don't do it everyday or anything but i've personally never had any police problems.

Re: Ideas for new spots this summer

There is a place off I-70 and Kipling where there is a huge industrial area. I have glanced a few time and it looks good but maybe we will have to check it out. Im still working on the airport strip think with my buddy but it doesn't look promising cause the guys super rich and is never able to contact. Erin that track where you're talking about the whole CSC is boycotting them because the owner has been shitting on bikers and had to do with some go-kart hitting a bike and a bunch of BS. Im connected with a lot of cops so I will see if maybe they can cover for us or find some places. I've heard of a few out in the Brighton area???
