Me and a buddy are taking a trip to az in late feb early march to get the hell away from this cold. Was just wondering if anyone can give me a few good spots/roads to ride while we are down there. This is the first time i will be back there in about four years so i am a little rusty. We are staying in the area of Apache Junction for about a week or so.
1 truck, 2 bikes, 2 drivers, 23-27 hour drive. week in sun and warmth. Drivin it straight through like normal!!!!!!! (of course powered by 2 iPods, LOTS of Red Bull.) Yep.......I am just a little bit excited!

So all in all any help would be appreciated.

I'm sure there will be a little of both, after i reaquaint myself since havent rode in like 4 months by then. Maybe tag along if someone will let us. Have heard some bad things about AZ cops and sportbike riders.

Thanks Zac. I'll remember that. Is the paved section of 88 any good still. It was a few years ago but who knows now. i know it was pretty curvy at the least. I'll hit when we get down there. just the old R1 and the old SRAD 750 this trip.

 

Change of plans. Now we are coming down this month. now it will be from jan. 21-30. aaaahhhhhh!!!!! Must hurry and get bikes ready. my month and a half to get ready just turned into 9 days today. already spent a couple hours bike prepping tonight.
