my foot is still fucked up, doctor said something about tarsal tunnel, they got me on some stupid pills. But anyways, I'm suppose to take it easy, I may still ride the 636 up there and hang out though.

and which spot are you talking about, the new spot? or the met?

I can go for a few weeks without practicing, its nothing new to me
yea, i forgot to mention i stalled a circle that day and caught myself with the foot....it added a month to my recovery....I was riding and still couldn't walk
