Hey thanks that is aloooooot of usefull info and now that i read it it all makes sense to me how it all works. I did really good about a year or two ago i worked out four or five days a week i would do thirty minutes of cardio then do chest and tris one day and shoulders and back another and one day a week i would do legs and i ate really good if i had some bad i would feel guilty but then it got summer time and i was welding ten hours a day and the last thing i wanted to do when i got off was go work out and now im back up to over 220 i want to be 190 because im only 5ft9......But thanks for all that info il def put it all to use
It's easy to lose weight. Don't eat garbage, and don't drink garbage. It's THAT easy. I joined the gym and started lifting the last weekend of June. I started at 5'9 215 and i'm at 183 right now. Would be less if i wasn't lifting heavy weights. I'd probably be in the lower 170's if i hadn't been trying to build muscle.
If you actually try to eat right and mildly exercise, i promise you will lose 10-15 lbs inside 3 weeks. After that you gotta step it up and change your routine a bit so you can avoid plateau's.
Let me know if you need help man and i'll give you some tips on the stuff i did in my workouts and dieting.

Well i have been eating better got a calorie tracker at www.myfitnesspal.com and it really really helps with things so i worked out really hard today went to chilis was gonna get a salad instead i got a cajun chicken pasta.........i want to go puke it out now that damn thing is 1500 calories and 70 g of fat UUUUGGGHHH so my hole work out today was pointless

oh ya but i did stop drinkin dp havent had one in two weeks almost and no beer durin the week....I was drinkin five dps a day and atleast six beers everynight during the week

on the border is OH SO GOOD ... for many many reasons ... just check out the info on a chicken quesidilla:
1430 calories
91 grams fat
3030 mg sodium
46 grams saturated fat (!!)
59 g carbs
93 g protein (this is ok, but whatever protein you dont use, is stored as fat)
that's just one of MANY things you learn about just by paying attention to what's going into your mouth.

just an update for those that care. I'm lovin it out here. Got a new house and more places to ride than I ever thought possible. Dirt riding is retarded crazy with drops to transitions that makke normal folks pray for god's saviour and the streetvriding is just stupid. I get 20 mile wheelies on flat clean road without a care in the world but I'm hauling. I appreciate everything I learned from you guys and hope I can show you what I do out here. But of course you'd have to fly out and stay for a few days. AnywY guys. Take care!

yeah I'm here for good. Its not like Austin at all and the last 2 weekends has brought like 50 bikes out to ride or watch and take pix.
