..and does anyone know how to tig or have a machine? I asked my pops about those welders and since we already have a mig and he doesn't want me doing anything but tig on this bike he suggested something like this:

Ya i have tiged that **** wont work those little cracker box welders wont hardly penetrate as it is....What are you tryin to do?

 

Just want something in the garage locally that I can fix my subframe with so I'll just be welding aluminum. I'd like to build a stay for my gauges and fighter headlight too. Tired of my gauges bouncing around on the street. I guess the stay would just be stock and mild tubing.

Quit being a *****. The worst that will happen is you break your neck or die.

Seriously though stoppies scare the crap out of me ever since I almost looped that one at like 60 on the f4i. When I get my 636 I might start working on them again but I don't know.

I just went to look at a blue 05 636 at yamaha in georgetown but I can't decide between a used 636 or the brand new green zx6r with the green wheels. The 636 has more midrange but the zx6r looks so pimp...decisions decisions

 

i dont like the headlight on the new zx6r's...

guess its just me

 

It's not just you. That's the only thing on the bike that I don't like but I think the zx6r would make a perfect minty bike to put a handbrake on for the streets.

 

i think i'm gonna buy an 882 sporster... there so fast

 

i dont realy like any of the new bikes though...

their goin way overboard with em...
