Got a text a 1:30 am saying there was a huge accident on the Dallas North Tollway, just north of the Keller Springs exit, and that multiple bikes and bodies were down. They shut down the tollway for over an hour so that ain't a good sign. Still haven't heard who was involved yet. I know

3 or 4 bikes went down. didn't know anyone involved either. a drunk driver swerved across all lanes and caused the accident. It sent 3 of the bikes down. A harley sped up, assuming to get the plates, and ended up going down. The suburban swerved again and a toyota camry locked up their brakes. harley ran into the back of the camry so hard it shattered the back windshield. The harley rider is in critical condition, but the others are ok.

This is just what I've been told from someone who is a family friend of one of the one's involved in the accident and was there. I will follow up and make sure its accurate.

That helmet sitting there on the barrier is kinda eerie. Hopefully whos ever head was in it got it out safely. Best wishes for everyone involved.

 

Have checked with Self Made and O.W.E. and no one knows about who was involved in this accident. Sure hope they shut down the highway to clean up and not that it was a fatality. My thoughts and prayers go out to the fellow riders involved.

still haven't heard who. heard another rider died on 635 that night also. no name, just that he was a 32 year old rider from garland. he lost control of his gixxer 1000 and was run over

I almost got nailed head on by a ******* car a few days ago on my bmx bike up on Exchange Pkwy. These ******* cagers have no brains man. I dont get it.

 

I have a lot bike but for some reason can't leave those highways alone. Thursday night I cut it short and didn't do the ride after High Five Cycles and had turrets wheelie syndrome bad. I cannot ride on the roads without popping that bitch in the air. I have wanted to use that as an excuse to a cop one day too.

Cop: Mr. Fallin, what the hell do you think you were doing just now?

for all the reasons they come up w/ a ticket for "wheelieing", they might as well make a wheelie ticket so we know what the set fine is. Its always either excessive acceleration, wreckless endangerment, or failure to maintain control of vehicle.

Yea, your right every time you get pulled over for it you just never know what's going to happen. A bud of mine that we stunt with at the lot Chris Green got thrown in jail and impounded his bike.

For some reason I always get out of them. Guess they look at me and think, "old fart is old enough he could be my daddy."

 

thats exactly why i dont or didnt ride on the streets....going on minding your own damn business be carefull and some ******* kills you....and that helmet was prob strapped to the side of the bike but hopefully that tail section was saved by it....Im getting a sticker made for my truck that says "put a helmet on stupid"

 

Every time I hear about one of you stupid ***** dying or getting fucked up I smile inside! Your all a bunch of useless ***** and anytime I see one of you on the road I hope to see you crash! Please do everyone a favor and leave your helmet at home
