then shes sending out someone to look at my motorcycle to see if there gunna trash my bike or not. Cross your fingers for me.

i needed a bike with sum more umph. i could of made it out of the way if my bike had more giddy up.

once again i called my insurance claims guy and he said he forgot where the bike was even tho he left me a voicemail the other day saying smittys towing.

butttt anywho. he said hes sending out someone on wends. or thursday.
and he asked me to describe the damage and he said by what i say he said it will pry be totaled.
so looks like i might have me a cheap track bike or a new stunting 250 for sum of the fine gentleman on here who want it.

going to pick up my police report tomorrow.

ohhh and does anyone know of any lawyers who are good with motorcycle accidents in the area.

glad your ok i got hit head on guy turn down hill never looked once he tried to beat a car out into traffic and was looking up the hill after he hit me, then i called him a mother ****** while in mid stoppie , then he looked got startled and double mashed the gas instead of brake hitting me now for the second time and sent me and the bike air born....
