Well I pre-registered for my first World Series of Poker event. Something I told myself a few years ago I wanted to do.

June 15th, 2007 - Event #25 of WSOP $2000 No-Limit Holdem Event at Rio.

I have made about about 40K playing just cash games at various casinos around the country past year with my job so I figured I would plunk down 2K and take a chance on a WSOP tournament. Pretty excited and just hope I last more then a few hours.

If anyone else is going to be there hope to see you there. WSOP events run all this month with the grand-daddy Main Event in first week of July.

Pretty cool to luck out and win a bracelet.

Thanks man.. If I make it through the first day I will be excited. I just want to say I did it, with the sheer number of entrants anymore its a crap shoot. I prefer cash games which requires patience and bit more skill.

hey i was wondering how to become a contributor, id pay to help out this site

 

as many that sign up. In this event last year there were 1400 and this year there is more entering so far in the early tourneys.

Last years 1st place won 667K so this year should be 800K or so.
