Yeah, just looks like a Tigers "D" to me, too. I posted it to DSR's forum before I saw your reply, thanks to the lightning-fast speed of Stuntlife. Hopefully someone has seen it around. Throw the link to that thread wherever else you think it might be helpful. I re-hosted the picture (and resized it) in case the shitbag decides to take it down.

 

If the shitbag didn't get a title, then he's effectively stolen it. He can get busted for GTA, and the state popo are trying to shore up their stolen vehicles numbers.
