on my way into work this morning and I got frickin ticket!70 in 55 and thats what I did -he didnt even give me a beak not even a little man its $115 and 3 points I am sooo pissed the last 2 points came off my license last oct.(that didnt last too effin long!) I talked my wife into let me keep my bike ,now ill proly have to sell-I was looking forward to some cheaper ins.(its redicilouse for me)seems like I just get doin pretty good and this ***** what -wants a bonus for christmas or sumthin??thats a few less presents under my tree aaaarg!on damn back road where deer are usually worse than cops!

I tought those fees were if you had 7 or more points Ive paid about $2600.00on that crap since she started it but i been stayin out of trouble for a while now got to have a clean license for about a month and no I didnt vote for her-Id rather shoot myself than do anything for that biatch

you are allowed two points right now. Anything over that and you start paying. so if you have 3 points. then youll be paying untill your back down to 2 or less points....which is two more years

they only make you pay responisblitly fee untill your under 7 points, you pay every year till your under 7 and you pay it annualy.. i got the brochure right here next to my computer handy since i got that wanna be fleeing and eluding ( billy you were there for half of that, lmao)

but there are also type 2 offenses like no proof of insurance and drunk drivings and operating without proper endorsements.. on these you pay for 2 years


billy fight that ticket man.. i fight every single one.. last one i had in lansing i fought as soon as i wlaked in he dropped it to an improper start (no points 110$) before i sed **** abotu workin somehtign out.... go ask for that (if they wotn do that tell them to do the improper start and defective equiptment so they cna get more money but save you points and insurance money!!!)

Fight the ticket, it will get removed or at least to 1 point. Don't every "not get a lawyer" for a ticket. I may cost you $150-200, but you'll save that 5 times over in insurance and Grandbiatch fees.

 

ya it has alot to do with why type of ticket you get...my roomate got cycle edorsement tickets and only had 3 points and hes paying right now...

 

wow i got a ridign wiht out cycle endorsment ticket when i got that wanna be fleeing and eluding prosacuting attorny asked me when i walked in... did you got get your endorsement i sed yes and showed him my brand new ink still wet secratary of state paper lisence and hes liek ok thats over with did ya pay your speeding ticket???? then i negociated that down too!!!

on your bike its almost worth if your gettin pulled over for speeding to tell them you dotn have your lisence on you to turn it into a misdemeanor so you can go fight both offenses witht he prosacuting attorny instead of having the officer present... you can make up some sweet storys abotu the cop swearin at ya!!!! works everytime........ liek i sed i had possible 6 points 600$ total in fines and 2 years responsiblity fees drop to 2 points 205$ by tlakin the pros. attorney...... anywho im rambling now

he tried to get the cycle endorsement but there werent any legit bikes around that they would accept for the road test cause we always strip the mirros and blinkers. i posted up about that a while back on another forum. he did go get the written test done but the instructor wouldnt let him do the road test without mirrors

 

im gonna check around for lawer....I was in my truck when pulled over thats why I get to keep the bike and I have had endorsement for years so that wouldnt matter anyway.maybe a lawer can help me still afford ins. on it!money is pretty tight though,bad time of year for this crap!
