To be honest the bike is bad but not as bad as it could have been. Diffenitly totalled in the insurance companies eyes. But that thing could be fixed from what I can see in this picture. If you buy it back from your insurance company you could make your money back and then some on EGHEY or sell the whole thing as a track bike. Damn that has me thinking. Is it time for a track bike? Was going to just turn my bike into one when I buy a new 600. LOL

Hey I need to know if anyone has a crimping tool for my chain so that I can ride Friday. Also does anyone know where to take my bike for a estimate other then Great Lakes my insurance company does not cover the estimate cost that comes out of pocket. The bike is totalled which sucks have to get all receipts for everything that was extra which blows but what are you going to do right? Once again thankx for everything

Scott sorry about past weekend I DO have that creme and will get it to you but I had to jet to Cali where I am now. I wont be back till late friday (7/8 pm) and I can get that to you.

I have a crimping tool as well. I made a fake estimate in excel spread sheet and pasted Great Lakes logo on it.. looked all the part numebers and prices on www.ronayers.com bumped em up a notch cause I know great lakes will. then added like 57 bucks an hour for labor (which I guessed on most the parts) they took it no problem and cut me a check.

Dont forget to get them your helmet cause they will pay for that too...
