Should we continue to give money to other countrys that hate us, even though they have a terrible tradgedy. Or keep it in the states to help our own countrys debt, homeless and hungry?

This has nothing to do if we feel horrible or not about the Tsumani, just if we should be sending money to countrys that don't help us, especially when we don't have it to give. Everyone can still send prayers, which is probably more useful anywho.
