ok ive been ******* around with my user control panel for about 30 minutes now.. i know maximum size default pics are 150 x 150... i still cant see my default picture and i didnt exceed the limit.. wtf am i doing wrong?

Okay there are two "pictures", your profile picture then there is your avatar picture ... what one are you doing?! and it should resize it for you, if it's not completely huge!!
