noob question...

Hi all...

I really want to learn some stunts and I have a question.
I bought an old FZ750 -88 really cheap and wonder if that bike is ok to start my “stunt career” with…?
It is stripped down and I’m about to switch the rear end on the bike to a Fireblade rear, and mounting a motocross handle.

What do you think… is it worth mounting 12 bars and stuff on that bike?
Is it a big disadvantage using that bike?
(Haven’t tried it my self yet)

Have a nice day, and don’t hurt your self…

Re: noob question...

run what ya got. My wife has a 91 fz6, and it WILL wheelie. As far as 12 oclock bar and stuff, dont waste your time with a 12 bar and all the extras. crawl before you can walk. Build a cage for it or some race rails to protect it. Thats just my 2 cents.

I'm acually in the process of building a small cage for the fz6.

you can see the 91 here: https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/281...formation.html

Re: noob question...

In searching for FR 750's this is all I could find. My situation is I am living over seas and leaving in less then a year... I can get this bike dirt cheap.

Is it possible to do Idle wheelies on this bike and will it last 6 months of abuse. Its not the money I am so much worried about, it's about getting back on one wheel asap. Will this do the trick even if its a pile of parts in 6 months?

Thanks.
