an SR 22 is basically insurance through the state for high risk drivers. it doesn't cost much to have, but if you have it, your insurance company will jack your prices up. heres what i did! i went through safe auto to get my license back, but only told them i just wanted it back. i had no car to drive. so it was cheaper to have it through them. however my reg insurance company didn't know i had a bunch of **** on my record bc i just kept paying them so they never did check of my record. once i dropped the sr 22 i dropped safe auto. (i actually had DUS x2 and a wreckless op that my reg insurance never found out about)
)well i dont know why you would think sr22 isnt expensive
but i got 2 quotes from 2 different local insurance agencies, and its around $1,450 for the 6 month premium.
obviously i have to get the 6 month premium 6 times, since that equals up to 3 years

it was my girls moms birthday so we went drove about 45 minutes out in the middle of nowhere to go to some restraurant
had some fresh lobsters and half shell oysters
that **** was expensive. they had $300 platters but we didnt get any, they also had 19 pound lobsters that cost more than $500
