a mile takes about 10-12 minutes to do. that includes getting ready.

do you guys have a shower at work?? We have a full gym and showers.....my old job had showers......a lot of people run/workout during the day......

if she works at a hospital, she can do 3 12 hour shifts per week, giving her 4 days off

it sux. feeding and bathing the kids just takes 10 times longer than it should. ANd if we have to go to target or the supermarket, add another hour

this is why im getting worse at wheelies

gotcha......but running one mile is kinda pointless, isn't it?? You have to run for at least 20 minutes for it to do anything........

she doesnt want to work in a hospital (this week lol) because they'll give her the night shift since shes new.

it's tough going from a life of just taking care of yourself to having an instant family. honestly, thats why i dont consider myself a good candidate for anyone's boyfriend. it's a lot of responsibility.

not totally pointless cuz it's better than nothing. i'd say 2 miles is decent if u did it every day though. 20 minutes minimum to stay healthy, 30-45 to lose weight.
