Insurance on the bike will be a killer as well. Just buy a frame for your f4i and ride that. When it's broken, drive the truck.

Tech
  • The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
  • omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

you dont need insurance in florida, only if you finance a brand new bike.

but thats a smart idea also. and then just save the cash and buy a nicer/newer bike... its cool to have older friends lol... if i were to ask a peer... well you understand lol

i think in florida if its over 11 grand... my brother financed a 02 gsxr 750 back in the day.. he financed like 7 grand... and didnt need insurance.

not necessarily. i dont know about used bikes but new bikes at dealers dont require insurance here. the state does require liability though.

It's up to the bank. It depends where you get financed, but I'm willing to bet 90% of them will want full coverage.

That's not the state's call, it's the person lending the money. If you use a corporate financing, it is usually on a credit card. That is unsecured debt. They can't require insurance. Any bank is not going to want you on a motorcycle that they own, without insurance.
