looks like you are in luck, the mechanic just called and said her car is ready.
wake boarding is the ****, the hardest part of it out here is not drinking, so that you can wakeboard.

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

i would, but im at the gym a lot more now because i have to help teach the kids muay thai classes now. the teenagers are a handful. they bullshit while we are trying to instruct, so we make them do push-ups, doesnt phase them, no matter how many we make them do. i think we're gonna have to start making them do burpees.

basically the higher rate we sell to the borrower - the more money the bank gives the broker. but there are adjustments for things like investment property 2-4 unit etc. those adjustments come out of what the bank is paying the broker so youd need to have a rate that pays enough to cover those adjustments and that would be a par rate - meaning the broker doesnt get anything and the borrower doesnt have to pay for that rate make more sense that way

the broker shops the loan with different lenders and processes all the paperwork to get the loan to closing. The bank lends the money and prepares a list of documents needed to clear the file for closing and the broker gathers all that stuff. main point of a broker is to shop the deal if the borrower is too lazy or gullable enough to be sold

Word. The APR is meant to be used so you can compare a loan from one bank to another. If they both give you the same rate but the one has a higher APR thats supposed to show you that their closing costs are higher. Theres a flaw with that though because not every bank/broker accounts for the same items in the APR. Its supposed to be junk fees like broker fee, processing fee etc but some banks dont include some things so you can get a real idea by looking at just the APR.
