i've never been ripped. always wanted to and i busted my *** tryin to get there and it never happened. i got pretty fit but not ripped. i wonder if i did too much cardio, cuz i never just lifted weights.
Wish I still had all that **** w/o having to put in the work lol

Most of getting ripped is your diet. You could get jacked up from working out and always have that lil bit of fat but if you diet strictly and take in a lot of protein you should get ripped When I was workin out seriously I used to take 1.5 grams of protein per pound of lean body weight ery day. man, if there's someone that'll teach you then learn. u could do that **** for a living. it's a good trade to learn. i know i feel accomplished whenever i finish a job and my customers ride away on their bikes happy.
i still have the blue and yellow. i'm not getting rid of them. i love the color scheme. i just needed a change... and now that i'm thinking of red/white, i kinda want another change now. i should buy rashed fairings and learn to repair and paint'em. that way i can add that to the list of services i can sell to my customers and change my bike up whenever i want.

thats what i'd do. thats how i started welding, actually. went to a friend's shop and he let me work on his scraps using his ****. then he hired me after he saw how much i'd progressed.

i feel alittle better now, my brother just called and told me he bent my exhaust back to where its not rubbing on my tire... now i just gotta put the spare on... ****** ford. (i know the brand is not at fault, but **** it... im blaming them still lol)

90% of a good paint job is in the prep work...The spraying paint part is easy..the bodywork and cleaning is the hard part....
I went to school for it then figured out I did not want to do that for the rest of my life....Makes a good hobby when I can find a clean place to paint..
