Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!!

I don't get to shoot much at all, but I am a pretty decent shot with my handguns. I would like to shoot more, but life gets in the way! My husband just sold my Glock (my very first gun!), and I am getting a new gun. I still have a couple of others I can shoot, tho.

i'm not mad, nor am i on a soap box. just explaining the ironic side of the story. it takes a man to shoot back at someone shooting at him, but a armed man to shoot at a unarmed man? i'll let you make that decision.

I am suppose to be getting a Taurus 1911 special edition. Hopefully he is getting me a shoulder holster to go with it. I carry my XDs in ankle holsters usually. I tried his shoulder holster on and liked it, so I am hoping he is getting me one like it.

Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure it does, so does an ankle holster and pretty much anything else you have to conceal. You have to get the concealing factor out of the way to get to the weapon. I don't like the in the pants holsters or holsters that go on a belt (seeing as how I don't wear a belt). If I am not somewhat comfortable wearing the holster, I'm not going to. If I can't easily conceal it, I'm not going to use it. Ideally, I will never HAVE to unholster my weapon. I never have and hopefully never will!

Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!!

drop leg holsters are the most efficient holster. because they are palm heigth with butt, and to unholster is practicually swinging your arm up. they come with a lvl 2 safety

During the summer, I tend to ride at night. I may be out until 0300 of 0400 riding. I usually carry in that case. I have actually had someone jump on the back of my bike while I was at a redlight. I have had a couple of guys try to walk up behind me at an ATM. I have never had to draw my weapon, but it's nice to have it if needed.

Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!!

I prefer a drop leg holster, but it's just not a good concealed carry holster. If it is, I am unaware as to how it is.
