I got one of these things below which Mike shaved down a little for me with the grinder to be able to fit in there. Then I took a socket and cut the 4 little notches for the outside spinner thingamijjy. If you need pics I can take em but Im sure you know what Im talkin about

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

that sucks. what tool are you ordering from kawi - the one for the spinning piece or a big hex key that goes in that shaft? If youre getting something that goes in there for $80 I would try that motion pro **** for $30. It works on the F4i

 

That's mostly how I mangeled the nut is with a hammer and punch....

of my 3 636 frames...2 are waiting on state inspections for clean titles and the 3rd has a bill of sale from the auction

The bill of sale frame is going to replace the "bent" titled frame after I get this one that's torn down powder coated and put back together... And when I say replace I mean take it to the state with all paper work and have THEM re-stamp the VIN from the titled frame to the bill of sale frame..100% legit!!
