i cut out fast food altogether (my new years resolution was to not eat it for a year) and have been drinking mostly water. i now eat five small meals a day (its amazing how much this will kick your metabolism up), i usually have an egg sandwich in the morning, have a shake made from grape nuts, fruit juice, and yogurt for brunch, a tuna sandwich on wheat bread for lunch (before i go train), fruit right before i go train, and a chicken breast for dinner. dieting has always been the hardest part for me, im so used to eating until im full, it makes it very hard to eat until youre not hungry anymore.
i lost the weight in a little over a weeks time, my body loses fat quick, especially when im eating right (hence the reason i said that im gonna take a pic each week). i usually lose about 10-15 pounds fast then i hit a plateau, which is usually about the time i start taking protein and lifting weights.

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

no biggy i might just go to honda and get the 4 spokes and stop being lazy lol.. the fiddy isnt really a big concern for me right now

thats pretty much the program i follow but like i said, i wasn't able to exercise enough. i think next week will be better. i've only lost 2 lbs due to the workout not being intense enough. once my body's broken in, i expect better results.

its very hard, mcdonalds is one the few fast food joints that i will eat at. i love nuggets and big macs, but the progression i am seeing is making it easier for me to stay away.
even if you cant get to the gym you can still workout. if i dont go, i try to do at least 100 push ups, 100-200 leg lifts/sit-ups (depends on how i feel), and 30-50 burpees.
well keep at it, im gonna make a thread tomorrow, so everyone can post their progress.
now im really out,
