it was a little slip up.. just dont make it a normal thing. you can't be perfect all the time but you shouldnt smoke. i see cigarettes and all i think about is cancer see if that works for you too lol.

It might make you sleepy, but it affects the quality of sleep. I suppose every once in a while poorer quality sleep is better than no sleep at all, eh? The problem is that a lot of times people think they aren't sleeping (and sometimes they aren't), but there is an underlying issue that can be treated. It's complicated.
