well, in that situation i used to really just talk to him...on the radio and at the bars he would have to go to to promote the radio station. he called me a couple times on my phone to tell me where to go. then he became 'big' on the radio and i stopped talking to him because he got a big head.

normally when i say 'talk' it means i want to do them. i did want to do the radio guy but it just never really happened.

i barely slept last night and the night before. the proof's all over this thread. i was spazzing out, rambling, saying all kinda crazy ****.

lean everything. taking in as little fat as possible and no sugars, low carbs, no snacks other than veggies, no beer or alcohol, etc. plus i'm working out a lot. trying to get leaner, then i'm gonna change it up and start working on building more muscle. i'm thinking do this for 2 weeks or maybe 10 lbs leaner. not sure. depends on how long i can hold out.

 

i was told 2 weeks, then switch it to something i can maintain. i'm just trying to lose some of the body fat i've picked up over the past year. gonna try to get a little bigger after that. might get on some drugs. nothing illegal though.

i might try and do that, but just not so extreme. i had cut my calorie intake down to 1500 a day and would walk/jog on the treadmill for 20 minutes to an hour at least 5 days a week....i've not been counting my calories since i've been in kansas cause i've been eating out a lot...eating 'good' but i have no idea what the calories are. i don't want to get super muscles or anything, i just need to tone up. i'm super flabby and gross

last summer I did nutrisystems. It's basically the diet you just described, no sugar, low carbs, and portion control are the main points. It'll work for ya, just have stuff like carrot sticks always ready as a snack. I have manged to lose weight and keep the weight off for almost 2 years.

also working out A LOT. right now my muscles are sore but once they heal and get used to the workout, i'll be working out at least twice a day 6 days a week. trying to get in decent shape within the month.
