• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)

I went to a friends party, I guess it was a good time. but not a crazy night or anything. It's different when you're not single.

On that note I found out that a month of going to the gym has got me nowhere. I'm still the same weight as I was. I guess I need to take my diet more seriously.

i'm single and i didn't do anything crazy. hell, i didn't even cash in on any booty calls.

wanna hear a secret? this is kinda embarrassing, so don't tell anyone. once, i took my daughter to a kids modeling place to try out for a commercial. the talent agent asked me if i was interested in modeling and she'd like for me to try to qualify for a show they were doing in new york thats the embarrassing secret.

anyway, i got on a super strict diet and worked out twice a day to try and get into "model" shape.... i guess that should also be part of the embarrassing secret too. anyway, in 2 weeks i lost 13 lbs.

anyway, i decided against keeping up with that **** cuz they wanted me to be a certain shape and i wanted to be bigger at that time. so i said **** it and tried to put the weight back on, but in muscle. they wanted me smaller and lean.

...plus, i kinda felt i didn't have a chance to get picked

 

Wow that is a funny story and everyone can now read it on here. lol But how did you drop 13 lbs in one week seriously I need to get on that ****. What did you eat every day for every meal. I just need to drop twice that and I'll be happy.

 

i don't like telling anyone that story cuz i look at models as pretty bitches, and i don't like being called "pretty". i kinda wish i was considered attractive in a hard way instead, not in some ***** intellectual way, especially since i've dumbed it down quite a bit over the years.

i actually dumbed it down after my exwife left and told me why she preferred the other guy she was seeing.

of course, when it comes down to it, she didn't leave cuz of what she told me. she left cuz i just wasnt the guy for her. still... those words changed the way i thought, and it's worked. i get more women this way.

i ran in the mornings for 30 minutes 6 days a week, then hit weights kinda light in the afternoon, as well as ran again for another 30 minutes in the evenings. i always took the stairs, parked as far from the store as possible, etc.

as far as food, i didn't eat ANYTHING fattening. no cheese on my subway sandwiches, no light ****, ate a bunch of salad, etc. i'm talking NO fat. my body went through a withdrawal period called Kitosis, where the cravings literally made me shake a bit, but that withdrawal helps u lose weight quickly until ur body adjusts to it, which takes 2 weeks according to a chic i used to know who was a doctor. i lasted 13 days. i ate smaller meals more often too. everything was timed.

the key was to stay active. keep moving so ur body burns a lot of energy. i'ma warn u, those 2 weeks felt like a month.
