I agree with nags. Ketogenic has been medically tested, it forces the burning of fat first. That was what we used to cut final weight for wrestling. It's basically the atkins diet in theory. It's not like weight watchers (abs diet), they are two completely different diet focuses.

I need to buy a samller belt. When I don't tuck in the dress shirt, but try to tuck in the t-shirt underneath, the belt isn't snug enough to keep the back of the t-shirt from pulling out.

I still think this is the best healthy living plan out there. You get to eat whatever you want one meal a week until you hit your goal, then you can eat whatever you want one day out of the week. The rest of the week it is a lot of small meals and snacks of nuts, fruits, berries, whole grains, and lean meats. It not only focuses on weight reduction/losing fat, but also considers vitamins, minerals, nutrients, and antioxidants.
