I could care less. The plan would let me move to a nicer house sometime in the next decade without having to drop $70,000 to cover the amount that my loan is upside down now. I'd rather give half of a $10,000 profit they pay out the $70K just to move.
This part is the sticking point for me though:

if i could do one thing over again, i would go back to when i decided to go into IT and kick myself in the dick and go into pharmacy .... it's 5 years and school is tough but starting out at 100 grand right out of school is worth it to count pills and put them in a bottle.

what do you like? do you want to be in an office environment? do you want to work with your head or with your hands? do you want to do physical labor? do you want to be challenged mentally? do you want to be in a team environment or be counted on to be more independent? do you want to be in management / leadership someday?

i know a couple of pharmacists. they're pretty recent grads and they started at 80k. where'd u hear 100k? articles and word of mouth usually add on a shitload of money. i was supposed to make 10 grand more a year when i graduated and practically have a job waiting for me, according to everything i'd read. it wasn't anything like that.

i agree ... only thing that made me leary .... sounds like they are saying, we'll help you and cut your payment down but then we aren't letting you turn a huge profit - which is kind of fair .... you would have to do some speculation and figure out if paying less now and making less when you sell would be better than continue to pay more than what the home is worth and maybe make more - if the market catches back up in value

It may not be 100K but it's a lot. My sister-in-law was looking into it. She was a drug and alcohol councelor and wanted a change.
She ended up being a drug rep for Soboxone (sp?). That job is ****. Like $60K a year plus enough vehicle allowance to buy her a new Nissan Rogue. Two conferences every year. The fall one was just in Rome and the spring one is in Maui. She only works about 30 hours a week. There is so much money in drugs.

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

You have to make sure you don't **** up and kill someone by giving them meds that are dangerous when mixed. You will ruin your career though if you ever test positive for any drug or are caught stealign drugs from the store.
