Tech

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

there are alot of threads on supermotojunkie.com on hooking up lights and Electrics

mine already had the stuff hooked up for lights... but the lights are WORTHLESS at night time. i even put the acerbis blitz headlight on

 

It's ******* pouring. Good thing I drove.

 

I've found this which means I'd only need a stator and lights but problem is I need indicators here

i know what you mean, im not trying to drop 6-800 bucks on electrical system on the thing just to have decent lights and electric start.

Im going to try and figure out what all i need from what bikes/motors and see what i can salvage off used parts and ebay and ****.

i wonder if i could just get a exc525 motor, which is already 6speed and has E start and ****... and just transplate it. and sell my 450 motor might be an idea

 

last time i was in Florida we were cruising down 95 and out of nowhere it started raining so hard we had to stop, in the middle of the road. it was crazy. and then 5mins later it stopped and was sunny again.

I'd like the wr 1st and 5th gears. From thumpertalk I've been told it will work, it won't work, cases need machining, gears will just slot in with no mods...

Would be good to have it though, I know there's nothing wrong with it but if it's going to cost more than a couple of hundred I'd be better off selling it cheaply

i think it has def become cool to ride a crunchy stunt bike even tho you cant clutch a wheelie.

i was at the big bike gathering yesterday neer my house and i must have seen like 30 "stuntbikes" with bars that have never been tuched.

1 kid had a round bar on 600rr and i asked him what it was for and he said "it saves the tail plastic when i go to far back"
its officel stunting has become a circus

 

yeah, i refuse to go to bike nights and **** like that around here.. .just gives me a head ache
