thats not surprising, what'd u expect? heat=current draw. Ovens have to heat alot more than welders. Chances are you wont have to use both at the same time tho.

And when talking about compressor use, "All" and "air tools" dont belong in the same sentence. For filling tires a 3 gallon tank is perfect. For just 1 little grinder you need as much air as you can get.

i thought every welder except for the basic entry level ones can run on 220.

definitely not a waste, 220 pretty much doubles the thickness of metal you can penetrate

my best friend growing up had a little 5 gallon compressor and ran air tools. Its like you work for 1 minute, then you wait 2 minutes for the compressor to catch up. One day we went to the school and stole a bunch of fire extinguishers, emptied them out, and plumbed them as tandem air tanks. After that we could use air tools for 10 minutes, then go do something else for 20 while the tanks refilled.

big tanks need big compressor just adding tanks will just cook the motor on the compressor or wear out the compressor itself

I feel that with small sprocket, when i blip the throttle, the whole bike wants to go shoot out from under me.

As opposed to with a big sprocket, if u blip the throttle, it brings the front higher, without the whole bike trying to shoot away.

Yes, definitely. My friend and i were 14 at the time so we were limited to use what we could find or steal. He found the compressor in a garbage pile and fixed it.

Basically, Mike wants the bike to be twitchy.

I have a 33 gallon. It's pretty much the biggest portable one you can get. After that are the 50 and 60 gallon stationary ones that use 220.

That's the one I want to pick up. Scoot has one and it works pretty well.
