• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

I want to build a 7x14 with a ramp that folds in half to cut down on wind resistance. I was surprised how bad a ramp was on the interstate. My uncle's 8x20 landscape trailer with ramp hauls a lot worse than my father's 8.5x20 car trailer.

I took the tailgate off my open trailer for that reason. at 65 mph its a 2 mpg difference without it, according to the on board computer

 

I want a 5'x8' grated floor trailer with a stubby full width ramp. I'd take some plywood sheeting and cover the floor and leave the grating only on the ramp tail. With the bikes in it the ramp won't even be as tall as them and the open mesh will reduce the drag.

I also would like:
14-15" car tires for good highway stability/durability
tire rails to minimize squirming of the tires and sliding of the back end of the bikes when going over bumps.

Really? I bet I wouldn't see that much difference with my truck. I pulled 2 dirtbikes on an open shorelandr trailer and my milage did not drop at all. It didn't have a ramp though.

 

Schwartz had a little trailer that was so low you could drive the bike right up on it with no ramp without much problem. He could pull 2 bikes, a gas can, air tank, etc with his contour SHO. Turns out he was way ahead of his time.

 

The wind resistance of a mesh ramp is huge. It surprised me.

 

What about a tilt trailer with electronic actuators or an airbag setup that lowered the rear of the trailer only?

 

This would be perfect after I cut the ramp in half. They make the ramps so long because lawn mowers have a crappy break over angle:

My 8x10 snowmobile trailer actually works really well. It's low enough that pushing a bike up the ramp is super easy, I can fit 3 bikes without them being anywhere near each other, I have removable Pingel wheel chocks and the salt shield on the front blocks almost anything flying off the tires.

 

Too complicated. be easier to make ramp(s) that stowed under the trailer deck.
