I finally got a hold of someone at that virgina number that was calling and hanging up on me. A google search revealed that it was an identity theft scam. They called and hung up, I called right back:
Me: Listen here *******, stop calling me.
Douche: I didn't call you!
Me: The hell you didn't, I just got a call from this number.
Douche: I'm telling you sir I didn't call you. All I know is you called me up verbally harassing me.
Me: It's 2008 retard! You think your number didn't show up on caller ID? You think after the 10th hang up call from the same number I didn't google the number and read all about your identity theif scheme? You want to report me for verbally harrasing you? How about we go to court and I present my phone bill that shows you called me a dozen times in a week?
Douche: Sorry, I will have your number taken off of our phone list.
