Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
Maybe the transfer of energy to the muscle.....What's the point in testing at all then?
Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
* creatine phosphate
* glycogen
* cellular respiration in the mitochondria of the fibers.
Creatine phosphate
The phosphate group in creatine phosphate is attached by a "high-energy" bond like that in ATP. Creatine phosphate derives its high-energy phosphate from ATP and can donate it back to ADP to form ATP.
Creatine phosphate + ADP ↔ creatine + ATP
The pool of creatine phosphate in the fiber is about 10 times larger than that of ATP and thus serves as a modest reservoir of ATP.

Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
ATP is the immediate source of energy for muscle contraction. Although a muscle fiber contains only enough ATP to power a few twitches, its ATP "pool" is replenished as needed. There are three sources of high-energy phosphate to keep the ATP pool filled.
* creatine phosphate
* glycogen

Just don't overdue it man ... creatine needs water but if you are drinking gallons a day you will get sick .... drink like 16 oz then in a half hour maybe a small glass of cranberry then maybe in an hour another water then wait another hour and go gatorade ..... but seriously exercising will help more than anything .... one other thing i would recommend is to go to a health food store and ask for something that supports a healthy liver .... **** tests dont test for a substance - they test for metabolites, or the byproduct from your liver that comes from breaking the substance down ....

so, i've started in depth planning for my bike trip. i need to find someone in tallahassee, FL to leave my truck with. i have a place to stay in ATL. gonna make reservations for a place in Deals Gap. i just need to find a place to lay my head in Savannah, Ga for one night.
Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
Good to know. My test is today. This process is a 1 day thing. I bought a bunch of at home tests from the store and tried this the other day too and it worked but I had no idea about the hyperhydration ****. The water was going down a lot smoother the other day but I was also drinking while I was out riding. But good lookin bro. I just picked up 2 gatorades and a cranberry juice that I'll throw in the mix.
