Neal you need to excercise. That's the best thing. All creatine does is make you retain water. If you don't have excess body fat your system will be clean faster.

The aspirin, vitamins and creatine are to fool the test into thinking the **** isn't diluted.

Tru tru. Ive done a lot of research on this. So much water dilutes your urine which lowers your creatine levels and also makes your urine clear. Ive been loading up on creatine for 3 days and it takes 24-48 hours to show in your system and right before the test Im supposed to take 10x the recommended daily dose of vitamin b complex which turns your urine back to a yellow color.

the aspirin doesn't make sense to me, the b vitamins yeah they will make it bright yellow - hense the old wise tail to use niacin and lots of water, creatine - eh i don't see how it would help, creatine intensifies the pace of energy production in your muscle cells and has a cell expanding property which volumizes cells. When additional creatine enters the muscle, it brings water along with it.

You can see the science of this here. Here. It has lots of science type language, but basically Salyclic acid, which is what aspirin turns into in your system, sort of tricks the drug test into thinking there are much less, or no drugs in your urine. Be careful though, as this much aspirin can cause stomach aches, so make sure to eat something with each dose.
Creatine supplement- Many labs will test for the creatine levels in your urine as part of a specimen validity check, basically a check to see if its been diluted or not. I started using this, but more recently I haven?t, as Ive found out my probation department does not test the creatine levels. If you don?t know whether or not the levels will be tested, its better to be safe and just take creatine.

Just don't overdue it man ... creatine needs water but if you are drinking gallons a day you will get sick .... drink like 16 oz then in a half hour maybe a small glass of cranberry then maybe in an hour another water then wait another hour and go gatorade ..... but seriously exercising will help more than anything .... one other thing i would recommend is to go to a health food store and ask for something that supports a healthy liver .... **** tests dont test for a substance - they test for metabolites, or the byproduct from your liver that comes from breaking the substance down ....
