Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cage]

did it take hours? weeks? months? i seem to be chickening out when i get it up (up 15 on the rear) to bp and letting off on the gas to much its frustrating and i want to keep at it but wondering if i will ever get it. my legs are ******* aching when i come home from practicing staggared clutchups.

went down hard sunday and am pretty sore now so taking a few days off to heal up and do some soul searching and lay low before a big annual rid this weekend (ride for sight)

I'm no stunter but everyone says it's a lot easier without the gearing. My pow-pows got a lot better when I went back to stock from +10.

Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cage]

I would clutch it up then bring it straight back down with the brake. Did that over and over until brake became natural.

The gearing makes your throttle inputs exaggerated. If you've got good throttle control, they won't hurt you. I didn't have good throttle control.

Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cage]

nice new pics on Rogers ad!! i have been wondering if i should invest more money into this stuntbike. the rear set is so far inside on the 750 that it feels even more awkward. will roger's rear set make a difference? I wish i had a chance to drop by his place on the way back from miami couple months ago but it was raining and shitty

Turn your idle up to 3,500 RPM's. You clutch it up and drop off the throttle. Just keep clutching it up higher and higher until the idle catches it.

Nor do you need one. You shouldn't even be thinking about one.

No one learns slow wheelies on throttle alone. Turn up your idle.

Only matters if yo uare trying to learn faster stuff. Really slow wheelies=idle turned up at least a little bit. To start out 3,500-4,000 is good. Turn it down once you can creep around and being so hard on the rear brake gets annoying.
