just make sure you get a high quality one or it'll pollute your sound system with electrical noise.

remember back in high school when all we could afford were knock off brand amps and radio shack eq's?

i do the atkins. i only eat meat (not breaded or fried), cheese or eggs. i also eat alot of salads, but mainly with only lettuce and i always look at the carb count in my dressing.
i hate exercising...my daily exercise lately consists of going for a walk and/or swimming around in a pool...nothing really makes me break a sweat. i hate to sweat...therefore i hate to exercise.
i don't mind doing the atkins...i like to eat a lot and it's the only diet for me that i found that works well.

no lol...i'm too old to look like a twig. i've been in the high 130s-140s for the past 3-4 months. i just weighed myself today and i'm at 134 on a doctors scale. i'm 5'6...so i'm average. i know if i just tried to tone up i'd be happy with my size..... but again, i hate to workout.

never thought about that...maybe the sex on my end would be better if i was in shape.
ok here's my thing...i don't run...i feel like a retard and i have bigger ***** that are saggy if i don't wear a pushup bra...so regardless when i would go to the gym i'd wear a pushup bra..not a sportsbra. i'm very self conscious with the way my ***** are. i like to go for walks and i like to dance. now.....i'll do workouts in my own home...but when i do it infront of people i get embarrassed half the time
