in the city, yes. during my road trip i calculated 51.96 mpg every single fill up, + or - .02 mpg's.

so, we saw the most custom gixxer ive ever seen last night.

no subframe, just a bracket to hold the seat and a tail light.
battery and most wiring relocated right underneath the shock linkage
wink1100 like wrap around front cage with little delrin blocks in the spots where it'll hit the ground
no kickstand
1 off home made (nicely machined) thumb throttle
And then theres the fairing. Im not sure how to describe the fairing, except that it looked like sir lancelots shield. 1/16 aluminum
Aprilia wheels. Wheels were clearly worth 10x the rest of the bike.

My f4i tank is perfectly dented as well. i didn't make a huge deal out of being able to hit a gas tank with a hammer.

not my territory. drilling on the mainland is dealt by the states. we deal in federal waters. i've heard about that massive oilfield but i won't believe it completely until i see it. i've seen drilling productions where they expected 60 million barrels and they only got 19 million due to poor research. the company went under after that.
