I actually went to college for ME. Then in my second year I noticed how guys in the computer field were making a **** ton more money so I switched to CS.
Also the jobs for ME's are pretty ****** boring. They go to work for some company and work on one or 2 parts for years. If you want a cool ME job you have to start your own company or get into a startup company with an interesting product. That accounts for less than 1% of the ME job market.

In the computer science field, you have to change jobs every few years to make the big money. Most jobs have very small insignificant yearly raises, so if you stay at one place too long the cost of living passes you by. Im lazy, so thats an issue for me.

 

If I were you I would start by making weapons that use compressed air. PVC is cheap and easy to work with.

If you were lookign at LOT bikes with no or unclean titles, than the parts are what makes the bike. For street bikes the parts often decrease the overall value of the bike.
