lay on your back then put your feet str8 up in the air.. then let them fall back towards your head eventually after a few weeks you'll be able to touch the ground behind you and breath for a while.. play with it

i dont think i have enough mobility for that. i will use some form of that exercise to stretch though.

Im not a real computer nerd, this ***** just a job to me. I hate computer programs, I even hate computers most of the time. The real **** for me is physics and mechanical engineering. I love simple machines and building stuff.

Ok first of all, the bike looks to be mint. A mint non stunted 01-03 f4i will sell for over 5 grand all day long. Even more if he brought it up to the northeast where f4i's are like gold.
Next, parts, accessories, work, that **** doesnt add any value to a street bike.

 

Im full time because I do it 40 hours a week and get paid for it.
