ive come to the conclusion that 150 and 300 foot approaches are for heavily geared 6's or for liter bikes

yep see if you were ripping to that line and then jumping on the brakes you would go alot further but your not getting that big push right at the line

oh for sure. when i practice out on the streets i use the top of third and they go a lot longer. feels like a hundred feet more but i havent actually measured that

the lots you can go again and again in the same spot with the same approach so it is easier to work on certain problems or technics

Roger, what size of helmet do you wear??? if you wear XL, i got a german helmet that a cousin of mine bought for me....
