what if you spoke about things that were illegal, but had nothign to do with national/public security?

even if they do tap phones, terrorists would use voice encryption. all they govt would catch that way might be some low level drug dealers

Re: Breakfast Club

I think no one gives the government the credit they are due. If the government wanted to catch people who lie on taxes they would, if they wanted to break voice encryptions THEY WOULD. the problem enlies with the fact that there is far to many crimes commited to where they can apply ALL the technology to each and every crime. The government would be on complete overload. The government has the ability to solve most cases. However, think about how much money it would take to have NSA, CIA, FBI, and local departments come together to investigate each individual crime commited. Its kinda like a filter, they expect some **** to get through its just impossible to stop it all.

EXACTLY!! You can't lie b/c you have to usually send in a piece of mail confirming your address. Your insurance rates "can" be based on your zip code. And just like anything else, if you LIE and something happens it alllllllll falls back on you. Insurance companies WILL NOT pay a claim if you say you live in a specific ZIP but actually don't b/c you were trying to save money. It costs me $30 extra a month to live in the zip code I live in, but if I get into an accident and it's my fault, it's WELL worth it to pay that extra $30 a month b/c the insurance company wouldn't pay a dime if I were lying.

As I said before... people are not being held accountable for **** and PARENTS especially. Say a juvenile was out tagging up the town, and he got caught... not only should the juvenile be in trouble I think the parents should be FINED like $2000 or something like that. The parents need to be held accountable for what THEIR kids are doing. Until the kids are 18, that's their responsibility, to raise a child who will contribute POSITIVELY to the community and not be out tagging fences with their ****** gang signs.

I think too much blame is put on the parents. If the kid gets caught, he should spend a few nights in juvie getting his *** kicked.

Another thing, its quickly becomming illegal to discipline your kids

idk we havea different opinion but i personally wouldnt mind sacrificing some freedom for safety from stupid muslim jerkoffs!

Just like this lady who just got freed from the sudan. what abunch of ****** animals overthere asking to have her head chopped off cuz she let THE ****** ANIMALS KIDS name a bear muhamed....people make fun of and hate on jesus all the time and we dont kill them. what kind of fucked up culture are those people. Personally the only thing i have against this war right now is i hate those people and i dont care if they all die. They are animals and will never be civilized. They come to our country and murder our people and then hide in ****** caves like cowards. I will gladly fight for my country if called but would never risk my life for any of thost pitiful excuses of humanity!

man when i was a teen, i had these elaborate plans in effect to keep my parents out of my hair. They did the best job they possibly could and i was still out every night comitting minor crimes. Kids do bad stuff, its in their nature. Parents can only curb that so much.

You are 100% right, I would too. But the problem is, the U.S.A. right now, at this moment is like a troubled child on the wrong path. If you just let that troubled child go and figure out it's own way, guess what 9/10 times it will lead to bad ****. But if you watch this child closely, help it grow, raise it properly, do everything you can to make sure it's a positive person then down the road you won't need to monitor him/her anymore. They have become productive, healthy, and responsible. The U.S.A. right now is the same way, as of right now we are in a "recession", at war, and losing a strong grasp on values, morals, etc. It IS becoming a melting pot society, and not just for race, color or creed... it's a melting pot of values, morals, tradtions, etc, and the problem with that is many people are bringing SHITTY values and traditions to this country that are simply NOT AMERICAN!!!

For example, one of the guys under me is mexican. He's almost 40 years old, and moved to the U.S. about 10 years ago from Mexico. I asked him if he knew what chivalry was, and he said no. He even told me that in Mexico it's not uncommon for women open doors for guys and **** like that.

And even worse, what about Muslims who have 7 wives and women are basically robots. These men try to treat American women that way, they bring no moral values to this country. Quite frankly, any country that requires a women be completely covered from head to toe all of the time, and is practially treated like a slave is worthless. If you come to America to escape persecution, poverty, etc I'm fine with that but this person needs go through some sort of class that thoroughly explains and demonstrates good old American values.
