It's not like it's a huge deal, but they are going to end up scrapping about 200 tons of it and that's like $2k worth of material and guess what that eats at, everyone bonus check. Again, NOT SMART!

It's kind of hard when it's the biggest asphalt/concrete company in the world. When pockets are this deep $2k is a drop in the bucket.
