yup, fake ****, exactly! You can usually but it at any head shops, usually costs around 30 bucks. It comes with a heating pad because most places have a temp gauge to make sure your pee is at the right temp and not cold(like bringing someone elses in) So i usually microwave it for 10 seconds to get it nice and warm(between 92-100 degrees) and then put the heating pad on it to keep it warm and put a ace bandage around my chest and keep it under my armpit to keep it at body temp, and it works everytime
