divorced over 2 years ago... it does suck when you get screwed big time... but, then again, you cut your losses and be done with it ...
we had 03 and 04 silverado's ...
he agreed to take the 03, and pay for my 05 in lue of alimony...
he lost is 03 in a drug raid (tore the **** out of that truck takin it apart)
and he didn't make the payments for the 04 so i lost it .. my name was on the 03... not the 04 ... so he has 2 repo's i only have one ..
lawyer said i can 1, claim bancruptcy or 2, pay the 10K that is owed after they auctioned it off...
eithe way i am screwed...
