Tech
- The 03-06 CBR 600rr & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
- The 01-03 gsxr's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lowers 3 inches wider (Then stock)
- All other models are in the stock location except they are rotated on there axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

Re: subframe cage

Re: subframe cage
warn the bike up then back the idle screw way out and put some thread lock on the threads then set the idle and shut off the bike and let the thread lock dry
Re: subframe cage
I was thinking about doing that but I did not know if it was a good idea or not.... I got some blue locktight or do you think I should try red??

Re: subframe cage
i think the regular stuff should be good enough because you will stiil be able to move it but the lock tight will just make it so it wont back out on it's own
Re: subframe cage
HEY OMR.... what do ya think about a stock, self adjusting - cam chain tensioner fixing itself after a hard crash, just by starting it to show the noise to another person and then revving the **** outta the bike from frustration, and noise goes away???
I almost ordered a new one for my gixxer after crashing that tank wheelie, but now I'm not sure if I need to or not. I'm assuming it was just stuck trying to adjust itself out to the next level or what not.... I dunno.
though, so I thought I'd get the master's opinion....
sorry about the temporary thread jack. I didn' t want to beat a dead horse at first and ride ya about where the 06 gixxer subcages are at?
