Tech
  • The CBR 600rr & the Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
  • All other models are in the stock location except they are rotated on there axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

Hard to say.. Before this it would run sometimes and not others... The one trip around the neighboorhood was ok.. But it was fine before I changed the gas too.

so many mods i need done to my 600rr, roger! (thinking about selling some plastics to make it happen)
this bike is impossible to work on, the main wiring harness is built into and around the airbox, spent 2 hours trying to take that thing off today! i really wanted to install an idle adjuster screw (i have one from a 900rr). it NEEDS the passenger pegs to be lowered or moved back. clutch arm mod definitely needed. steering damper sucks *****.

i went thru my spare parts and all i have is a gsxr shifter and shifter side peg and peg mounting hardware......so if i made you some billet rearsets you would have to get a 03 04 636 break lever ,peg and peg mount so i don't think it would be worth it for you.....

I used Master Cam and then made it on a e-z trak Bridge port mill.

We had a ton of them. But I liked my EZ trak. I like all the technical work that goes with it. CNC machines are to easy.
