Tech
- The 03-06 CBR 600rr & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
- The 01-03 gsxr's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lowers 3 inches wider (Then stock)
- All other models are in the stock location except they are rotated on there axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

warts.
Re: subframe cage
What penetrates rust better than WD40? I have a little on my chain that will NOT come off with WD40. I sprayed it, let it sit, and then brushed the **** out of it and it's still got some rust

Re: subframe cage
don't sweat it just lube it up......
i don't think there is really any thing that you could just squirt on there to remove the rust with out damaging the o-rings

Re: subframe cage
I lube it all the time but theres like a 6" strip where it looks rusty... Drives me insane and is quite embarassing

Re: subframe cage
Couldn't have done it without my assistant mechanic of course
Re: subframe cage
The new powdercoated hotness
Yea, I'll probably do a full detail tommorow and metal polish it all up

Re: subframe cage
Thanks. I took a picture of the other side but you could see the rust on the chain in it so I deleted it lol. Now I need a carbon fiber exhaust and I need to get a spare subframe so I can powdercoat it gloss black as well
Re: subframe cage
I doubt it'd be any louder than the exhaust thats on there already
