i have gained 5 lbs since i quit smoking ...

that's why i gained weight, and i was too lazy to lose it. yeah i've been doing the atkins diet again for almost a month...but a few days ago i changed it to tuna during the day and salad at night. after my trip to ny i'll probaly go back to more atkins, but i'm dead set on losing alot before then.

 

I gained 15 kilos since I moved back home in december... 30something pounds

i gained almost 30 when i quit smoking and i was depressed

 

i dont think i would atkins the diet... there are too many rumors for that specific diet.. and the guy who invented it, died because of high cholestrol


i guess everyone is different and different diets work for them...my problem is, i would smoke sometimes to substitute food ... now, i not only eat more, but with halloween lol ... OMG i eat so much dang candy!!!!!!! i would rather smoke ...

and even though people say they cant tell .. i sure can ...

 

this is my 3rd time doing the diet...first time i lost so much weight, but i was really really fat then, the second time i dropped about 20 and this time i've already lost enough where even my dad has noticed, and i plan on doing more...i stay on it until i get the size i want to, then i get off. i will typically stay within the size i want for a while, but when i start to gain it back i'll just cut back on the carbs.


as for you telling but no one else can, i'm the same way, we're our hardest person to impress in my opinion
