Re: Rear brake???????

i am considering a cut and shut on my lever too
needs to be lower and a little bit closer to the pegs

what would make it much more effective when the front end is up

When i stunted my 1000, i had some foot problems from trying to learn the rear brake. After my foot wanted to fall off one day, i adjusted the lever to make the lever a little higher. That cured everything.

Higher? As the bike comes up the brakes have a tendency to get too high. Hell I had to lower mine down a tad.
